What is the Loan Visualizer?

The Loan Visualizer is an amortization caclulator that will help you figure out what the long term cost of your loan will be. If your bank never gave you an amortization schedule, it can be sobering to see how much the loan will actually cost or how long it takes before you start to pay more in principal than interest.

If you already have a mortgage, you can use the Loan Visualizer to help figure out how to pay it off sooner. You can also use the Loan Visualizer before taking out a loan to figure out how large of a down payment and how long of a term to take.
